This is her at her skinniest and it doesn't look healthy. If she looked like this in the 18th century they would have thought her dead! I really, don't see what would be so wrong with asking actresses to gain weight, zellwiger did it.Heather Carrollhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03544318718074061879noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7775910475089264257.post-23583691598255966132008-10-23T05:36:00.000-04:002008-10-23T05:36:00.000-04:00*correction* The actress they've cast.*correction* The actress they've cast.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7775910475089264257.post-31063390671256569602008-10-23T05:35:00.000-04:002008-10-23T05:35:00.000-04:00I just read Georgiana, Duchess of Georgiana. In fact, quite a few were voluptuous. She's a beautiful actress, and I have not seen the movie yet, but couldn't they have cast a woman of healthier weight? Surely there are plently of excellent actresses who have been overlooked because they are not dangerously underweight.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7775910475089264257.post-6694513135414785622008-08-28T16:33:00.000-04:002008-08-28T16:33:00.000-04:00oh, no offense taken :) I do think that Kate Winsl...oh, no offense taken :) I do think that Kate Winslet would have been a better match for the time period and subject.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7775910475089264257.post-49318055294558057872008-08-28T01:13:00.000-04:002008-08-28T01:13:00.000-04:00What I meant by my comment was, when re-enacting h...What I meant by my comment was, when re-enacting history be faithful, at least to some degree. I was not commenting on the young woman's weight in her own century --in which being thin is the fashion-- I was commenting on the lack of authenticity in representing mine. Both of them are beautiful. I don't think she looks super skinny in the 18th-century gowns, anyway. Those clothes probably put more weight on her than most other costumes.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7775910475089264257.post-84122521923546062702008-08-26T03:48:00.000-04:002008-08-26T03:48:00.000-04:00Why-when photographers want to recreate a painting...Why-when photographers want to recreate a painting- did thery never reach?<BR/>It's not so difficult!
