Everyone is on MySpace Nowadays!

I came across this today. How funny! Don't bother trying to befriend Marie, that betch is exclusive!

The site has some classic, good resolution pictures of her Grace and I resisted being a snotty know it all and telling her about the portrait of Lady Worsley accidentally thrown in there. Of course since I just wrote it down here I guess I am being a snotty know it all....

  1. Ha! I am running this myspace for her grace, i read Foreman's book years ago in it's swedish translation, so not much was fresh in my mind when i came across a fraudulent Georgiana-profile, of course entirely devoted to Miss Knightley, and i had always wanted to set up a historical myspace, so i did. I have since bought the english edition wich i'm re reading right now. It has since been improved with lots of images sent to me by Marianne Faithfull's kind webmaster who was a bit of a snotty know it all himself, (-wich i don't at all mind!)and asked if Georgiana's orientation should really be straight and then kindly offered to send me a mass of scans. I hope you like it...even though i'm not yet an authority on its subject. Your blog is wonderful!

  2. Haha you found me! No, I got a kick out of your myspace, I think you did a good job! I'm glad you're not offended by my snobbery and I'm really glad you tried to off-set a fraudulent Kiera-Georgiana profile. Good riddance! Thanks for the compliments, I hope to see you around here more :)

  4. Oh my goodness, you have so many new pictures! Where is he getting them all? Do you mind if I feature some of them on my site? They're in much better condition than the ones I used for my dissertation!

  5. I know, apparently he used to be head of the picture gallery at the Museum of London, he even contributed some pictures for "Georgiana's world".
I don't mind at all, i could even email them to you so you get all the high resolution ones, i'd be glad to help. :)

  6. I have no idea. I just saw that her profile was private, much like the French inner-circle :)
