I think I like this one best of all! I am wondering if this is the US trailer. If so, I hope that doesn't mean that the US knows their market well...*blushes* Sigh, I am just another predictable clone...
Yeah I thought that was interesting. I also like how she isn't portrayed as a big nasty bitch in this one because, after all, she was Georgie's best friend. You can see the two talking on the bed together which seems more appropriate than Bess being curt with Georgie.
if this trailer was out earlier I could have totaly included the 'girls talking on bed' scene in my Movie Trailer comparison!! Oh well! I really did like how they played up the politics here, because that was so uniquely her!
I really like this trailer, except for Charles Gray's whack appearance on the hastings. The whole change is upon us thing? Totally Pitt's thing. Fox and the Whigs were *in power* before George III asked Pitt to form a new government. Pitt was the young, inspired leader sweeping into government on a practical mandate by the people, ousting a government marked by corruption. Hmph.
On the other hand, Georgiana's political role is really well emphasized and this makes me a lot fonder of the Duke. Yay for Canis!
Yeah my sentiments exactly, I was just telling Lauren that! If it wasn't for the random Grey on the hastings (he was probly 14 or something at the time!) it would be great. I like the lack of emphasis on the affair and more emphasis on the politics which were a much bigger part of her life.
looks like a whole different movie. I wonder why bess is hardly in the trailer at all??
