  1. I don't know if it really qualifies as a country house if it's in Hounslow, but it's lovely all the same!

  2. @ Sarah - v. true although my guess is it would have in C18th.

AND it's the hunk's house! A visit methinks.

    Thanks Heather!

  3. I'd have married him just to live in that house *sigh*

Of course, the fact that he was just too good to be true is a boon to the whole arrangement.

    :)

  4. @Sarah, Yeah I was stretching it with Hounslow but from what I can tell it was the same thing as a country house.

@Jessi, No late night visits I hope, that could earn one a reputation!

@Night, My thoughts exactly! Then again many women based their choice of husband (in that time) all on his home. So we are appropriate to think so.

  5. Awww, it's cute. I'll have to check out the site. I wonder if it was revamped at one point, because the spacing/layout of the windows is a little awkward.

(And I know our resident Hunk never would have been guilty of poor taste!)

Nightsmusic's comment made me think of Elizabeth at Pemberley, hee hee.

  8. @Heather - What are you insinuating?! =p But of course I'll go during the day! (Though can't say I'd object to a *cough* sleepover...)

  9. I took a look and hope the house is open on my next trip to England. (And my questions about the windows were answered.) A sleepover sounds like fun, heh heh, heh.
